1. UV disinfection
The sterilization principle of ultraviolet disinfection cabinet is to damage the structure of DNA in the body, kill the bacteria or lose the ability of reproduction through ultraviolet irradiation on bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms. The UV absorption of DNA to 253.7nm is the strongest. The sterilization effect of ultraviolet rays is related to its irradiation intensity and total irradiation amount. Generally, the killing rate is more than 99%.
2. Ozone disinfection
Ozone can oxidize and decompose the enzymes needed for glucose in bacteria, which makes bacteria inactivate and die.
Directly interact with bacteria and viruses, destroy their organelles, DNA and RNA, destroy the metabolism of bacteria, and cause bacterial death.
The lipoproteins and lipopolysaccharides acting on the outer membrane and the inner membrane invade the cell through the cell membrane tissue, causing the bacteria to have permeability distortion and dissolve to death.
3. High temperature disinfection
High temperature sterilization is achieved by heating the temperature to 100 ℃ and keeping it for more than 15 minutes. This kind of high temperature sterilization mainly includes: bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms. The high-temperature disinfection cabinet is generally heated by far-infrared rays. The electric heating element heats the air or generates radiant heat. After the appliance is continuously affected by high temperature for a period of time, the protein tissue of bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms on the surface of the appliance is deformed, so it is killed.
